We are also committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. We want you to be happy with your Everybody Jojoba purchases and share the experience with friends and family.

If you have purchased Jojoba Hatzerim or any other product from another online retailer, or a retail outlet, you will need to return the product from where it was purchased.
Refund and Exchange policy:
There are several reasons why you may not be satisfied with a product and may wish to return it. Below are some common examples and how the Everybody Jojoba Returns Policy would apply in each case. If your circumstances are not covered below, please send us an e-mail via the Contact Us page.
The product is faulty.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If it can be established that the product was sold to you defective, we will be happy to offer you a full refund including shipping fees, or a product exchange in accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer law and relevant state legislation.
I’ve changed my mind about a purchase.
We ask you to make your selections carefully. Our website is designed to provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed purchase. However, if you do change your mind about a product and it is in original condition and packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution.
I have had an adverse reaction to the product.
If you react to a product, it does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the product itself and that Everybody Jojoba, or its suppliers are at fault, or responsible.
Any customers with a diagnosed skin condition, sensitivities or allergies, on medication, or with a history of adverse reaction to unfamiliar skincare products, should check all ingredients. If in doubt you should seek advice from a qualified health professional before purchasing a product.
If you have reacted adversely please contact us as soon as possible, so we can find a satisfactory solution in accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer law and relevant state legislation.

I began using the product, but I don’t like it.
The experience of skincare products is subjective. What feels great to one person may be unbearable to another. It doesn’t mean the product is faulty, or that Everybody Jojoba or the product’s manufacture is at fault.
The products sold at everybody Jojoba are made from the finest, cosmetic-grade jojoba oil which are lighter in aroma and colour than cheaper grades of Jojoba Oil.
If you are using a face and body oil for the first time, we recommend that you start with a small bottle first to see if it meets your expectations.
How to return products
All claims for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your online purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you haven’t used the product and it is still in its original condition, we will exchange it for products of equal value, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
Except for returns due to faulty products or adverse reactions, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. The original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
